US photojournalist beaten by Israeli settlers in West Bank

American photojournalist Heidi Levine, freelancing for The Washington Post, was attacked by masked Israeli settlers while covering the olive harvest near Ramallah in the occupied West Bank. Despite wearing a press vest, she was knocked down and kicked for 10 minutes. Her cameras and phone were stolen. She was later hospitalized in the Ramallah area.
