US pilot apologises to 130 passengers for delay in flight, praised

The pilot on an Atlanta-Wichita flight apologised to passengers on the return leg after a mechanical issue during landing caused delays. "The hard part is looking at 130 people and telling them their flight is...delayed...any inconvenience you experience is my fault," he said. A passenger said, "130 people who...just had their travel plans ruined gave an ovation to the guy."
