US planning $2.8 bn military aid for nations threatened by Russia

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken visited Kyiv on Thursday and said Washington is planning to grant fresh military support worth over $2.8 billion to Ukraine and other European nations threatened by Russia. Blinken met President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, among other Ukrainian leaders. Blinken said the US will support Ukraine "for as long as it takes" in its war against Russia.
