US policy consistent, based on mutual respect: China on US polls

Shortly before Donald Trump won the US Presidential elections, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning said China's policy toward the US is consistent, and it'll continue to handle China-US relations based on "principles of mutual respect". China also said ties will be based on "win-win cooperation" in response to a question on potential impact of election on US-China bilateral relations.
