US politicians go topless to warn voters about 'naked ballots'

A group of lawmakers from Pennsylvania, US, went topless to urge voters to properly submit their mail-in ballots, asking them not to send 'naked ballots'. They urged voters who cast their ballots by mail to place it in the mandatory secrecy envelope. Ballots sent in without being placed inside the secrecy ballots will be discarded as 'naked ballots'.
