US pressure could cost India dearly: Economist on 25% tariff on Iran's trade partners

Economist Abhijit Mukhopadhyay said the US plan to impose 25% tariffs on countries trading with Iran could hurt India. He said India doesn't import Iranian oil, and exports to Iran mainly include humanitarian goods, while imports are fruits and construction materials. If US ignores this humanitarian trade, India could face added penalties, especially as 50% tariff is already in place.
