US Prez Trump's federal judge nominee has never tried a case

The 36-year-old lawyer nominated by US President Donald Trump for a lifetime federal district judgeship has never tried a case. Brett Talley, who has been nominated to the US District Court for the Middle District of Alabama, was deemed "not qualified" by the American Bar Association. He also failed to disclose his marriage to a top White House lawyer.
