US quietly pulled military jets from Qatar airbase, show images

Nearly 40 US military aircraft have been quietly withdrawn from the tarmac at Qatar's Al Udeid Air Base, US' largest military installation in the Middle East, over past two weeks. It's being perceived as a preemptive attempt to protect assets from potential Iranian strikes. Satellite images, between June 5 and 19, show the airbase has been largely emptied of aircraft.
