US refuelling plane crashes in Iraq during operation against Iran

Rescue efforts are underway after an American refuelling aircraft, KC-135, taking part in the operation against Iran crashed in western Iraq, the US Central Command confirmed. Claiming that the incident took place in "friendly airspace", it added that a second aircraft was also involved. At least five people were on board the plane that crashed, Associated Press reported.
