US regulator gives ₹841 cr to whistleblower, its highest-ever award for info

The US' Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) awarded a whistleblower more than $114 million (over ₹841 crore), its highest reward for information that led to a successful crackdown. The whistleblower was awarded approximately $52 million for aiding the SEC and approximately $62 million for helping another unidentified agency with a related enforcement action.
