US relatively undefended against China, Russia's missile threats: Pentagon officials

Top Pentagon officials admitted the current US defence systems can only counter small attacks. They stated US is "relatively undefended" against China and Russia's missile threats. "We've a very limited, ground-based single-layered homeland defence system...We've no defence against hypersonic weapons or cruise missiles today," US Assistant Secretary of War for Space Policy Marc Berkowitz said.
