The Cracker Barrel restaurant chain has apologised after a customer shared pictures of ropes that resembled nooses hanging from the ceiling at a restaurant in Connecticut, US. Cracker Barrel told CNN that it was the cord of an old electric soldering iron that had been in the restaurant for years. "We're sorry this happened," it replied to the customer.
