US reveals identity of Indian man linked to plot to kill Khalistani separatist Pannun

The US has for the first time revealed the identity of an Indian man, CC-1, in connection to an alleged plot to kill Khalistani separatist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun. The US prosecutors said the person is at large. The statement said that the person used his "position of authority and access to confidential information" to direct the attempted assassination of Pannun.
