US sanctions 4 Indian firms under 'Operation Economic Outcast'

The US has sanctioned four Indian companies over their alleged imports of Iranian-origin petroleum products. The firms targeted under the "Operation Economic Outcast" are Portease Partners LLP, Sadashiva Overseas Ltd, PP Softtech Private Ltd and Prakrutees Infra Impex Private Ltd. The operation aims to restrict all potential sources of revenue for Iran.
