US sanctions entities linked to Russian businessman close to Putin

The US has imposed sanctions on companies linked to Russian businessman Yevgeniy Prigozhin that enabled him to "evade sanctions" in Sudan. Prigozhin is close to Russian President Vladimir Putin and is suspected of helping finance the online campaign that interfered in 2016 US election. Sanctions will limit his attempts to undermine Sudan's democratic reforms, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said.
