US scientist develops 3D-printed marijuana breathalyser

A professor in the US developed a 3D-printed marijuana breathalyser to identify cannabis-related road impairment. The device uses "Fast Blue" dye cartridges to detect delta-9 THC, CBD and CBN, compounds found in marijuana, with THC being responsible for causing the high. The device was found to successfully identify the difference between delta-9 THC and CBD based on specific colours.
