US Secy of State Rubio attends Russia-Ukraine peace talks in Turkey

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio arrived in Turkey's Istanbul on Friday to take part in the peace talks between Russia and Ukraine. A series of meetings in various formats had been planned, including trilateral talks between the US, Ukraine, and Turkey as well as Russia, Ukraine, and Turkey. Notably, Russian President Vladimir Putin is not participating in the talks.
