The US Embassy has shared a post welcoming India's SHANTI Bill, which revamps India's nuclear energy laws and enables participation of private players in building and operating nuclear power plants. Calling it a step towards a stronger energy security partnership and peaceful civil nuclear cooperation, it added, "US stands ready to undertake joint innovation and R&D in the energy sector."
