US spy agency aims to hire Chinese military personnel days after failed coup attempt in China

US' Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) released a video portraying a high-ranking Chinese military officer working for the spy agency. The officer was seen driving to a secluded location where he uses secure network to transmit confidential data to CIA. This video attempting to hire Chinese military personnel comes days after China sacked 11 high-ranking officials after a failed coup attempt.
