US State Dept report claims Cuba 'infiltrated highest levels of govt'

A report by US' State Department claimed that Cuba has waged a campaign against the country and "infiltrated the highest reaches of the US government". "[Cuba] recruited and cultivated generations of American activists, backed an unprecedented wave of left-wing terrorism on American soil," the report added. Earlier, US President Donald Trump said he may launch an operation in Cuba.
