US State Secretary Rubio to skip Ukraine ceasefire talks in London

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio will not attend peace talks in London aimed at ending the war in Ukraine. US President Donald Trump's Ukraine envoy General Keith Kellogg will represent US at the ceasefire talks. Last week, Rubio had said US could drop efforts for peace deal between Russia and Ukraine if no progress is made in coming days.
