US state stops distribution of 1 lakh free condoms over phrases on wrappers

Utah Governor Gary Herbert has halted distribution of 1 lakh free condoms in the US state. Utah Department of Health apologised for "offensive" phrases on the wrappers of the condoms distributed as part of an HIV campaign. The wrappers featured phrases like "SL,UT", a wordplay on Utah and its capital, Salt Lake City, "Enjoy Your Mountin" and "Explore Utah's Caves".
