US Supreme Court delays decision on Trump tariffs' legality, US markets jump in minutes

The US Supreme Court on Friday postponed its decision on the legality of President Donald Trump's tariffs announced last year, which imposed 50% tariffs on India. Trump earlier said an order against the tariffs would be a "terrible blow" to the US. Within 25 minutes after the postponement, the Nasdaq Composite Index jumped nearly 230 points.
