US Supreme Court rejected President-elect Donald Trump's bid to halt his sentencing in hush-money case. The court's bench of nine judges rejected the bid with a 5-4 vote. Trump will be sentenced on Friday in the case that pertains to his efforts to cover up hush-money payments to porn star Stormy Daniels. Trump is unlikely to get a jail term.
