US suspends funding of Chinese lab linked to COVID-19 outbreak: Report

The United States suspended funding for the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China on Monday after it failed to provide documents about safety and security measures, Bloomberg reported. The institute has been scrutinised since the outbreak of COVID-19 with many suspecting the virus originated there. The Department of Health and Human Services said the lab isn't complying with federal rules.
