US teacher arrested for being drunk on 1st day of school

A US teacher was arrested for being in an inebriated state on the first day of school in US' Oklahoma. The 53-year-old woman, identified as Kimberly Coates, was seen with "red, watery eyes" and spoke in a "slurred speech", the school resource officer wrote in the police report. Coates' blood alcohol concentration was found to be thrice the legal limit.
