US tech exec found dead in stairwell had fallen 20 storeys, family says she was 'pulverised'

Caitlin Tracey, the 36-year-old Chief People Officer at US' Nousot who was found dead in October, died after falling down over 20 storeys, her autopsy revealed. Tracey was found in the stairwell of a luxury condo building where she lived with her husband. Her family claimed her body was "pulverised" (turned to dust) and her foot was severed.
