US teen's stomach pain turns out to be a 'monster tumour'

A 17-year-old girl's severe abdominal pain was diagnosed to be a monster tumour that was growing teeth and organs. Nesli Meir had a recurrent sharp pain in her lower right abdomen for some time, which was ignored. But a later CT scan revealed a benign teratoma, a monster tumour that was the size of a tennis ball.
