US tells Germany, France to release emergency diesel stock or face export ban: Report

US President Donald Trump's administration told France and Germany to release their emergency diesel stock to ease prices or face an export ban, Reuters reported citing sources. EU was also reportedly asked to release 120 million barrels of diesel in next six months. Europe is dependent on US for fuel as its supply was disrupted due to US-Iran war.
