US tells Pak to condemn Pahalgam terror attack, cooperate in investigation

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio spoke to Pakistan PM Shehbaz Sharif, emphasising the need to condemn the April 22nd Pahalgam terror attack, reports said. Rubio also urged Pakistani officials to cooperate in investigating the attack, calling it "unconscionable". Rubio separately called External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, and encouraged India and Pakistan to de-escalate tensions.
