US to charge ex-Cuban Prez Raul Castro over 1996 plane shooting

US plans to charge Cuba's former President and leader Fidel Castro's 94-year-old brother Raul Castro for ordering the shooting down of two US planes in 1996, Reuters reported quoting a Department of Justice official on Thursday. Four people died in the shooting down of the planes. Fidel Castro, then President of Cuba had claimed the planes violated their airspace.
