US to launch system to refund $127 bn in tariffs on April 20

US President Donald Trump's administration will launch the system it will use to issue tariff refunds to importers on April 20. The system will be rolled out in phases. This comes after Supreme Court, in February, struck down most of Trump-imposed tariffs on multiple countries. Nearly 56,497 importers have completed the process to receive electronic refunds totaling $127 billion.
