US VP's 22-yr-old stepdaughter walks the ramp for Balenciaga at Paris Fashion Week

US Vice President Kamala Harris' 22-year-old stepdaughter Ella Emhoff walked the ramp for Balenciaga at the Paris Fashion Week. Ella, who has graduated from Parsons School of Design in New York City, posted pictures and a video on Instagram. Ella was signed to IMG Models in January and made her New York Fashion Week debut shortly after.
