US war in Iran has cost $25 billion so far: Pentagon official

A Pentagon official, Jules Hurst III, said that cost of the ongoing US war Iran is estimated to be $25 billion since so far, as the conflict nears a 60-day mark. He added that most expenses are for ammunition, operations, maintenance and equipment replacement. In March, officials told Congress the war cost $11.3 billion in its first six days alone.
