US' Warburg in talks to buy $150 million stake in Vistaar: Report

US private equity firm Warburg Pincus LLC is in advanced talks with Bengaluru-based small-business lender Vistaar Finance to acquire 30% stake in the company, Reuters reported citing sources. Warburg is reportedly looking to spend around $150 million to buy the stake. According to the report, the deal will value Vistaar at roughly $450 million.
