US willing to negotiate but Iran is not serious about talks: Marco Rubio

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said the US is still willing to negotiate an end to the conflict with Iran, but Tehran is not serious about talks. "If they're serious, we're serious. If they're not, then we will do what's necessary to protect our interests," Rubio said. He stressed that Iran cannot be allowed to control Strait of Hormuz.
