US woman killed by bull shark while snorkeling in Bahamas

A US woman was killed in a shark attack while snorkeling in the Bahamas on Tuesday. The victim, who was a passenger on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship, was attacked by the shark while "on an independent shore excursion" in Nassau, cruise officials said. Last month, an eight-year-old British boy survived an attack by three sharks in the Bahamas.
