US woman who worked as janitor returns to same hospital as doctor

Shay Taylor-Allen, who was born and worked as a janitor for 10 years at Yale New Haven Hospital in the US, has returned to the hospital as a doctor after earning a spot in Yale's residency programme. She delayed college after high school to support her family financially. "I'm still just feeling like I'm in a dream," the 32-year-old said.
