US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said US won't leave NATO but it needs to spend more on its defence capabilities. Rubio insisted that "every single" NATO member must agree on a "realistic pathway" to eventually committing 5% of its GDP to defence. US President Donald Trump had earlier threatened to leave the bloc if it didn't hike its spending.
