USAR jumps as LCM lands rare-earth deal with Arnold and Solvay
USA Rare Earth jumped 16% after newly acquired Less Common Metals struck a rare-earth supply deal with Solvay and Arnold Magnetic Technologies, strengthening a US- European magnet supply chain vital to aerospace, defence and energy. The acquisition gives USAR access to high-grade NdPr alloys as it advances its Oklahoma magnet plant toward Q1 2026 commissioning. CODI shares rose 3%.
