Use class 12 marks for MBBS admissions: TN CM Vijay at NITI Aayog meet

Tamil Nadu CM Vijay proposed using class 12 marks for admissions in MBBS, BDS and Ayush courses in the state, replacing NEET scores. Vijay raised the issue at the 11th meeting of the Governing Council of NITI Aayog, chaired by PM Narendra Modi on Thursday. Vijay further added that the introduction of NEET has affected students from disadvantaged families.
