Use induction cooktop whenever possible: Govt on LPG alternatives

Amid LPG supply concerns, the government on Tuesday advised people to use LPG cylinder alternatives like induction cooktop or PNG whenever possible. "Use LPG cylinders judiciously and conserve wherever possible," Sujata Sharma, Joint Secretary of Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, said during a press briefing. She stated that no dry out has been reported at any LPG distribution centre.
