User engagement startup CometChat raises ₹60 crore

User engagement startup CometChat has secured $6.5 million (over ₹60 crore) in a fresh funding round from its existing investor Run Ventures. The startup intends to use the funds to develop AI agents for its clients. CometChat offers a full-stack communications platform-as-a-service (PaaS) that allows businesses to integrate in-app chats, voice calls and AI copilots into applications and websites.
