Usha Vance nearly falls down helicopter stairs with 11-week-old baby, no one moves to help

US Second Lady Usha Vance nearly fell while descending the vice-presidential helicopter at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland with her 11-week-old son Alec strapped to her chest. Video showed Vance losing her footing before grabbing the railing and regaining her balance. It also showed personnel standing nearby did not move to help.
