US-headquartered unicorn startup Amagi aims to list in India: Co-founder

New York-headquartered Amagi, a media-tech software-as-a-service (SaaS) unicorn, is aiming to launch its initial public offering (IPO) in India, Co-founder Baskar Subramanian said in an episode of CNN-News18's Bits to Billions. With Amagi's profits growing more than two-fold in FY21, Subramanian said profitability is an addictive phenomenon. Further, he said that frugality helps with innovation.
