Using new tech at Tesla's Berlin plant could cause production risk: Musk

Tesla CEO Elon Musk said that his company will use new batteries and technology at its Berlin factory next year, which could result in "significant production risk". Musk earlier said that Tesla will use Gigafactory Berlin to demonstrate a radical overhaul of how its cars are built. Tesla plans to start production of Model Y at the plant in 2021.
