Usman Khawaja spits blood after being hit on helmet, video surfaces

Australia opener Usman Khawaja was seen spitting blood after being hit on the helmet with a bouncer by West Indies' Shamar Joseph during Australia's second innings in the first Test against West Indies. Australia needed one run to win when the incident happened. Khawaja went off the field by retiring hurt. He was later cleared of jaw fracture.
