Sirpur-Kagaznagar MLA Koneru Konappa, who recently returned from the US, has been issued a notice for violating self-quarantine guidelines. He had signed a self-declaration form saying he and his family will stay at home for 14 days. However, he travelled in the Telangana Express from Secunderabad to Kagaznagar and also took part in an event attended by 3,000 people.
