USS Gerald R Ford aircraft carrier, headed towards the Middle East amid tensions with Iran, is reportedly facing persistent sewage system failures due to narrow pipes and frequent clogs, impacting crew conditions. US' largest warship has been deployed at sea since last June. The vacuum-based plumbing system has repeatedly malfunctioned under the strain of over 4,500 sailors, added reports.
