“USSR enabled India to successfully liberate Bangladesh”

Abhijit Chavda shared that during India-Pakistan war to liberate Bangladesh, the then USSR sent its nuclear submarine fleet to face off against the US and the British, allowing India to successfully liberate Bangladesh. He also shared that this was the incident that made US think that it needs to have a permanent military base in the Indian Ocean region.
